Our Vision: Our vision is to become a recognized center of value and pride for our community, a resource for all, and vibrant gathering space. We will provide a safe, non-smoking, non-alcoholic environment for members of the GLBT community, their allies, familes, and community at large.

Our Mission: Our mission is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for all Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender people; their friends, allies, and families, to learn and share; to aid in the prevention of discrimination, and the education about diversity as well as discrimination of all types. It is the philosophy of the GLBT Resource Center of Michiana to treat our clients with the respect they deserve and to prove to others that the members of the GLBT community are individuals who are capable of making great contributions to society.

Non-Discrimination Policy: We honor and respect diversity. We value all people regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious background, financial status, political beliefs, or health status. We welcome all to this space that are willing to learn and recognize the special qualities of others.
