Help MDHHS BC3 Support OutCenter Southwest Michigan!

Fundraising will last from October 1st through November 30th. The county that raises the most funds will receive a sponsored lunch by BSC 3 and will be able to select the next DEI related organization for the next fundraiser.

OutCenter Southwest Michigan provides support services and resources to LGBTQ+ people, their families, and allies. We also work to create change in Southwest Michigan through initiatives based on education and strong strategic partnerships. In 2022 we:

  • Promoted 273 LGBTQ+ inclusive policies to schools and nonprofits.

  • Provided LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equity presentations to 954 people.

  • Provided 17 educational workshops to 331 school and nonprofit staff.

  • More than quadrupled our previous year's program attendance.

  • Partnered with 22 other organizations to provide more holistic services to LGBTQ+ people and their families.
